Signal Lines
Signal Lines are flexible, high-performance cryogenic cables engineered to bring wide-band RF connections from room temperature down to the cold stage of a cryogenic system. Designed using Delft Circuits’s Cri/oFlex® strip line technology, they offer a reliable, high-density path for general I/O and high-frequency signals in quantum computing and low-temperature experiments.
Whether constructed with superconducting NbTi or high-conductivity silver (Ag) materials, Signal Lines combine durability, broad frequency performance, and low thermal load, making them well suited for a range of cryogenic applications.

- Wide frequency band: DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedence
- High density solution: 8 channel per flex
- Low loss: 3 dB/m for silver flex and 1.5 dB/m for NbTi flex at 6 GHz in superconducting stage at 4K
- Low crosstalk: equal level far end crosstalk of -100 dB at 6 GHz
- Ease of installation: snap fit interconnector design
- Cryogenic performance: thermalize time constant of 0.28 ms, twice as fast as coaxial setup
- Specialized package: comes with integrated filters design for microwave readout
- Flexibility: Cri/oFlex design with high flexibility, wide range of length from 300 mm to 1200 mm
- Scalability: comes in compact kit KF25 with 8 channels and up to 256 channels in 108 mm port assembly

- Ø 108 mm port: 32 to 256 channels with HD SMP and HD SMPM port
